- Business Associates: We partner with trusted third-party vendors who are required by contract to protect your data in compliance with HIPAA.
- If you did not already do so in the intake form, you can opt in for receiving for SMS and calls by filling out and submitting the SMS-OPT IN FORM.
Data Sharing

- Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

- Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
- Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our office, but you may receive 2-5 messages per month related to appointments and care. Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies and may include for appointment reminders, pre-appointment screening call confirmations, appointment rescheduling notifications, card decline alerts, responding to inquiries, coordinating care with clinical staff, providing updates or important service information, and answering administrative or billing questions.
