What is the billing portal used for?
The billing portal allows you to:
Update the credit card we have on file
View your balance and certain billing details
Please note: Some financial activity (such as refunds that have already been issued) may not appear in the portal. If you have questions or need clarification, our billing team is happy to help. Please reach them at 734-707-1052.
How do I log in to the billing portal?
If you do not have an account yet:
You’ll need to request a billing portal account from our staff.
(This is different from our messaging portal at annarborpsych.mojohelpdesk.com.)
(You may also use this link to update your credit card without accessing the portal.)
We will email you a secure setup link. This link is valid for 3 days.
Note: A portal invitation was sent when you first became a patient, but it’s commonly missed.
