Messaging Portal
We use Mojo Helpdesk as our secure messaging portal to communicate with patients safely and efficiently. This portal allows you to send messages to our team, ask questions about paperwork, billing, scheduling, or general administrative concerns, and receive responses from our staff in one centralized place.
All messages sent through Mojo Helpdesk are encrypted and HIPAA-compliant, making it a secure alternative to email or phone tag. Please note that this portal is not monitored for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
First time login instructions
Step 1: Identify the email address where you receive appointment time confirmations and reminders
Step 2: Go to https://annarborpsych.mojohelpdesk.com and click “can’t login”
Step 3: Set up your password. Bookmark “https://annarborpsych.mojohelpdesk.com”

Send us messages and see all responses in one “help ticket”
Read the “first time login instructions”, and then go to the portal at https://annarborpsych.mojohelpdesk.com
Each “help ticket” is also visible in your email
You may have to find it in your spam or gmail “updates” tab by searching “Ann Arbor Psych”
Voicemails: If you call and leave a voicemail, it automatically becomes a mojo “ticket” if we can’t reach you by calling back.
Prescription Requests: To request a prescription use this form instead:

It allows for the first available staff member to jump on your ticket!
You can expect a response within 24 business hours.
1st we will first call you
2nd we’ll setup a “help ticket” to show up in your email and in the portal tied to your email address
3rd We’ll also text you (just when initiating the ticket) to remind you to search your email for our help ticket. (search “Ann Arbor Psych”)
Any voicemails you leave ALSO become “help tickets” if we don’t reach you by phone.

How:
1st read first time login instructions below (basically you have to click “can’t login” ot initialize your account in the messaging portal
2nd go to https://annarborpsych.mojohelpdesk.com
2. Less recommended but also works: Email
(Search “Ann Arbor Psych” as these messages often go to spam or the gmail “updates” tab)
There is a link in the email that will take you to the mojo portal but if you’ve never logged in before see ‘First time login instructions”. Basically you have to click “can’t login” to initialize your account.
