Insurance and BillingHow it works
1.
After scheduling in, once you submit your insurance information, we will verify it using data from the insurance company.
2.
If you’d like to know the amount you’ll be charged, please reach out before your appointment and we’ll provide an estimate of your payment responsibility.
We will collect this amount one day prior to your appointment. After your appointment, we will submit the claims to your insurance company.
3.
The insurance company will determine the final payment amount and any remaining balance you may owe. If you are required to pay additional amounts, we will collect the difference, and if you have overpaid, we will issue a refund for the excess.
Note: For further confirmation and to understand your specific coverage details, we recommend contacting your insurance company directly, as they are responsible for final coverage decisions.
All of our med-management prescribers are in-network with major plans like BCBS, BCN, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, and Medicaid.
