Insurances
We are In-Network with BCBS (Any form of Anthem/Blue Shield/Blue Cross/Carefirst), BCBS FEP, Blue Care Network, Blue Cross Complete, Priority Health, Aetna, Aetna Better Health, UHC/UBH, Medicare, Medicare Plus Blue PPO, Medicaid, Surest, Student Resources, GEHA, Freedmon Life Insurance Company, AARP and PHP are accepted as In-Network for most providers. For HAP, Insurance Administrator of America, Cigna/Marpai, Carelon Behavioral Health, Tricare, Coresource, Trustmark, Luminare, Healthcomp, WebTPA, Meritain, FrontPath, Ascend to Wholeness, Gravie (If not attached to Aetna) and ASR claims, you will utilize your out-of-network benefits. Your intake form will advise which providers specifically, and patients can also check out the provider profiles before going into the intake to see which specific insurances our providers accept.

We are In-Network with Blue Cross Complete, BCBS Independence, BCBS Keystone, BCBS Highmark, Cigna, and Aetna. We can usually also bill Carelon/Beacon utilizing your out-of-network benefits. Your intake form will advise which providers specifically are in-network, and patients can also check out the provider profiles before going into the intake to see which specific insurances our providers accept.
Insurance and BillingHow it works

After scheduling in, once you submit your insurance information, we will verify it using data from the insurance company.

We will then provide an estimate of your payment responsibility and collect this amount one day prior to your appointment.
After your appointment, we will submit the claims to your insurance company.
3.
The insurance company will determine the final payment amount and any remaining balance you may owe. If you are required to pay additional amounts, we will collect the difference, and if you have overpaid, we will issue a refund for the excess.

All of our med-management prescribers are in-network with major plans like BCBS, BCN, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, and Medicaid.
