For Michigan, we accept BCBS PPO, Blue Care Network, Cigna, Priority Health, Aetna, UHC/UBH, Medicare, Medicaid and PHP are accepted as In-Network for most providers. For HAP and ASR claims, you will utilize your out-of-network benefits.

For Pennsylvania, we accept BCBS Independence, BCBS Keystone, Highmark Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna are all accepted as In-Network.

We offer self-pay options for patients without insurance.
